Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to: Provide all labor, equipment and materials for the architectural, structural and electrical work required for MIA 3030 Administration Building as recommended from the 40-Year Recertification Inspection Report, as well as the additional work determined from a follow-up inspection. CONTRACTOR shall review all documents and scope of work provided by Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) for work to be completed. Note: Pursuant to the requirements of Section 10-3 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, selected Contractors must possess a valid, current, and active State of Florida and/or Miami-Dade County contractor"s license issued by the County"s Construction Trades Qualifying Board and which is consistent with the requirements of their respective trade and the scope of work.
