Contractors and Their Subcontractors (of Any Tier) Shall Not Be Qualified to Submit or Be Listed on a Proposal, or Engage in the Performance of Any Contract for Public Work, as Defined in the Labor Code, Unless Currently Registered and Qualified to Perform Public Work Pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the Labor Code.. Project Scope The goal of the Project is to create a separate campus for the Academy of Innovation on the Citrus Hills Intermediate School campus located at 3211 S. Main Street, Corona, CA. The scope to complete this work includes: 1. Addition of Portable Buildings: Three portable buildings will be added to the Citrus Hills Intermediate School site. These portable buildings, provided by American Modular Systems, Inc., located at 787 Speckels Avenue, Manteca, California 95336 ("AMS"). The District has contracted with AMS for the procurement of the portable buildings for this Project. 2. Classroom Renovations: Nine existing classrooms will be renovated to create office spaces within the classrooms. 3. Utility Installation for New Marquee: Utilities will be run to a designated location for the installation of a new marquee. The marquee will be installed by the sign manufacturer and has already been purchased by the District. 4. Site Improvements: This includes but is not limited to walkways, utilities, and landscaping to enhance the overall site. The estimated construction cost/budget for the Project is Five Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($5,200,000) and the estimated performance period is Eight (8) months. : 04-123182
