Scope of Services The City of Lake Elsinore is building a 38,000 square foot City Hall at 130 South Main Street, Lake Elsinore Ca. 92530. In short, the project will include the construction of a four-story City Hall with an open roof top on the fourth story. The building will be framed with metal stud framing for both interior and exterior walls. Other Details The contractor will furnish a proposal and price for all materials, labor and equipment to complete the job and deliver the scope. The contractor must familiarize himself with the site, all details of the work required, and existing conditions. The contractor must be a going entity for at least 3 years, and produce a valid certificate of liability insurance, which must be on hand before work begins. The Contractor shall perform on the site, and with its own organization, work equivalent to at least 75% [seventy-five) percent of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract. This percentage may be reduced by a supplemental agreement to this contract if, during performing the work, the Contractor requests a reduction, and the City determines that the reduction would be to the advantage of the City.
