Located north of Interstate 64 and west of Highway 141, in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri. Contract consists of the construction of approximately 37 lineal feet of storm sewer, varying in size from 12-inch to 30-inch in diameter, and appurtenances to be constructed. The Engineer's opinion of portable cost for this project is $130,000. The proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check cashier's check on a bank or trust company in St. Louis county amount not less than 5%. The contractor shall commence work within 10 calendar days after the date of written notice from the district to begin and shall complete 150 Calendar days. The district established subcontractor goals for building construction (21% MBE, 10% WBE) and Non building construction(10% MBE, 10% WBE) in the amount of $50,000 or more.
