Project scope includes but is not limited to primary treatment improvements including construction of two new primary clarifiers, demolition and construction of a new odor control facility, a new primary solids building, a new flow control structure, new alum and lime treatment facilities and access roads surrounding the improvements. As of September 5, 2024, the primary project had commenced construction in July 2024. This is number 3 of 4 early release packages for this project.
