The City of Forest Grove is seeking bids to demo and replace the existing tile around our municipal swimming pool. These tile have been in place for over 50 years. The City of Forest Grove is seeking bids to demo and replace the existing tile around our municipal swimming pool. About 6 inches of the tile are below the water line and the rest above. We understand that the rounded tile involved are likely not available anymore and that this detail would need to be different, therefor this is a design build project. Question Submission Deadline:September 10, 2024, 12:00pm We intend on draining the pool on March 3, 2025 and the work to start. Appointments must made by September 5, 2024 by contacting Andrew Losli at alosli@forestgrove-or.gov or 503-992-3151. A bid bond on the City's Bid Guaranty form, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, certified check, or cashier's check, of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid. . The City reserves the right, but is not obligated, to waive any irregularities or informalities in its sole and absolute discretion. The City does not intend to pre-qualify any bidders for this project.
