Proposals for Engineering Services for the design and implementation of its 2023 CDBG Curb Ramp Project. Services to be provided include; survey and design of curb ramps at selected locations; development of construction bid and contract documents; development of a cost estimate; construction bidding; and construction supervision. The Curb Ramp Project is funded with federal Community Development Block Grant funds through the PA Department of Community and Economic Development.
