Replacement of an Existing 6" Cast Iron Water Main With a New Pvc Watermain in the 200 Block of Centennial Dr N. General Terms: All Materials Quoted Shall Be Certified for Municipal Potable Water Usage. All Water Main Pipe Shall Be Composed of 6" Blue Brute C900 Pvc Pipe. All Service Connections Shall Be Composed of 1" Municipex Water Pipe and 4" Sdr 35 Sewer Pipe. The Contractor Shall Survey the Road Prior to Construction and Return the Road to the Same Grade as Prior to Construction Minus the 3" of Asphalt. Trench to Be Backfilled With Common Fill and Compacted With Sheepsfoot Packer. Subbase Will Be Composed of 15" of C-base and Base Material Will Be Composed of 6" of a-base. Curb and Gutter Installation and Paving Will Be Done by the Town of Swan River All Construction to Be Completed by November 30, 2024. All Construction Activities Shall Conform to the Attached Construction Standards and Provincial Drinking Water Standards.
