Reference Number 0000281280 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/11/08 12:00:00 PM CST The aggregate for Traffic Gravel, Class "A" shall be in accordance with the Specifications for Aggregate for Traffic Gravel, the gradation shall be as follows: Passing 19.0 mm sieve 100% Passing 12.5 mm sieve 75-90% Passing 4.75 mm sieve 45-70% Passing 425 um sieve 10-35% Passing 75 um sieve 8-15% Completion Date and Liquidated Damages Work shall be completed free of liquidated damages on or before March 15, 2025. Liquidated damages, after this specified time limit, will be charged at the rate of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) dollars per calendar day until the work is completed. Non-Performance The normal penalty for non-performance will be removal from the bidders list for two (2) years. Reinstatement after two (2) years will be on approval of the Department. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
