Reference Number 0000293088 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/23 02:00:00 PM CDT The Work involves Replacement of an existing 150 mm diameter (6") Cast Iron water main with a new 150 mm diameter PVC water main in the 200 block of Centennial Drive North. The Work also includes the replacement of water and sewer services from the main to the property line. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the Total Bid. The Contractor shall, prior to commencement of the Work, pay for and provide to the Owner: (a) a performance bond, in the amount of 50% of Contract Price, covering the performance of this Contract, including any Warranty Work requirements; and (b) a labour and material payment bond, in the amount of 50% of Contract Price. Owner reserves the right to accept any offer, waive defects in any offer, or reject any or all offers.
