The work for which bids are to be received consists of: The 2024 Annual Sewer Lining - Fendrich Neighborhood - Phase I project consists of the C.I.P.P. lining of approximately 10,327 linear feet of 12"-18" sanitary sewer mains. This work also includes rehabilitation of approximately 416 vertical feet of sanitary sewer manholes along with the replacement of one 48" diameter sanitary sewer manhole. This shall include all the necessary work associated with C.I.P.P. lining, including but not limited to bypass pumps and bypass pumping necessary to complete the work shown in the Drawings and Specifications. Work shall also include all supervision, equipment, traffic control, backfill, pavement restoration, testing, and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work shown in the Drawings and Specifications. All work must be ready for satisfactory and continuous operation, in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. This project also consists of the following alternate bids: Alternate No. 1 - 1,084 linear feet of additional 12" C.I.P.P. Lining Alternate No. 2 - 751 linear feet of 10" C.I.P.P. Lining Alternate No. 3 - 532 linear feet of 8" C.I.P.P. Lining Alternate No. 4 - 403 linear feet of 24" C.I.P.P.
