Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Talladega, Alabama. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
All bids must be submitted on bid forms provided by the City of Talladega, Alabama. Bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Department in a sealed envelope marked "City of Talladega CDBG Demolition and Clearance". State of Alabama Contractor's License number shall be listed on the outside of the sealed bid. The City of Talladega reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. Bidders may contact Andrea Garrett at purchasingdirector@talladega.com to obtain a bid package which describes the specific building(s) to be demolished and to view the subject buildings proposed for demolition. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
