Renovation of a municipal facility in Hartford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch, Purchasing Services Office is requesting quotations for the modernization of public elevators located at 101 Lafayette Street, Hartford, CT. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Up-dating and modernization of elevators number 1, 2, 3 and 4 at the Superior Court, to include but not limited to: a. New Machine-Room-Less (MRL) Traction Elevators for Passenger Elevators 1, 2 and 3. b. New Hydraulic for Passenger Elevator 4 c. Electrical switchgear, fire suppression heads, elevator hoist motors, elevator controllers, elevator door operators, elevator operating panels, etc. d. Selective demolition of: 1) Existing gypsum wallboard assemblies at top of shafts 2) Existing door openings to accommodate new, wider openings. e. Related brick and stone masonry work, painting, carpet, etc. Bid limited to state das pre-qualified vendors only. All work is to be substantially completed and ready within five hundred forty (540) calendar days (76 weeks) from issuance of a "Purchase Order".
