The City of Park Ridge, Illinois is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to conduct a comprehensive assessment of our Fire Department (2023 Annual Report - Attachment A) per the specifications in this document. Proposals must be received in a sealed envelope marked with the Proposal name and number listed above. Proposals transmitted by fax or email will not be accepted. Any communication regarding this invitation between the date of issue and date of award is to be in writing and directed to procurement@parkridge.us or by calling 847-318-5214. Answers to questions submitted in writing may be distributed as an addendum to this Invitation to Proposal. Unauthorized contact with other City Employees is strictly forbidden. After the proposals are opened, no proposer may communicate with the City about the contents of their proposal or any other proposal except in response to direct questions. This assessment aims to evaluate the current operational efficiency, leadership, organizational structure, response times, and overall effectiveness in providing fire protection and emergency services to our community. The selected consultant will provide strategic recommendations for improvements and best practices. The initial term of this contract is for one (1) year which takes effect upon the date of Park Ridge City Council approval. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
