Town of Chapel Hill of cash, a cashier's check, or a certified check on a bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in an amount equal to but not less than five percent (5%) of the proposal. The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason or no reason and to accept the bid most favorable to the Town of Chapel Hill
