Contract No. 04924 Installation of a High Friction Surfacing Treatment (HFST) on curves on US-12 (N-8) near Avon from RP 8.34 to RP 9.20, on I-15 near Jefferson City from RP 175.60 to RP 176.01, and on I-15 Southbound near Clancy from RP 184.64 to RP 184.80 and a High Friction Chip Seal (HFCS) on I-15 Northbound near Clancy from RP 184.64 to RP 184.80 for all travel lanes (excluding shoulders and ramp lanes) to address road departure crashes. Guardrail will be upgraded at the Avon location. Contract to be completed as outlined in the Contract Time special provision found in the proposal. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprises contract goals are 0.00%. This project is under the jurisdiction of the Billings District Administrator. Uniform No. 10297000 MT DOT - Call Order 103 - SF 199 Butte District Hfst The Question-and-Answer Forum opens at 5:00 p.m. on the bid letting advertisement date and closes at 10:00 a.m. on the Monday before the bid letting. If Monday is a state holiday, the forum will close on Friday before the bid letting at 3:00 p.m. Answers provided by the Department to the questions, clarifications, and notifications can be posted up to 5:00 p.m. on the day before the letting.
