Description

Demolition, site work, outdoor lighting, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Missoula, Montana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project consists of the complete construction of a new Caras Park ADA River Access & Brennans Wave Overlook and associated ancillary river access stairway structures. More specifically the scope of work includes the following work to be performed on a United States Army Core of Engineers Certified Levee including but not limited to; demolition, clear & grub, excavation, SWPPP protection, structural concrete retaining wall, concrete sidewalks & fine grading, boulder terrace structure, ledgestone stair structures, riparian/vegetated riprap, site reestablishment of all new landscape and vegetate riprap, temporary irrigation, fencing, steel handrails/guardrails, electrical remove/reinstall light poles, laydown yard construction.
