Renovation of a parking garage in Missoula, Montana. Working plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The Missoula Parking Commission is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor services for the reconstruction of the Bank Street Parking Garage at 125 Bank Street, Missoula Montana. One firm will be selected to perform the work specified in the posted Bank Street Parking Garage Rebuild RFP. Questions may be submitted to Jodi Pilgrim via email at pilgrimj@ci.missoula.mt.us no later than September 25, 2024, at 4:00 pm MST.
