City of Missoula is requesting bids to furnish all labor, equipment and material(s) to sort and pick up storm debris from Emergency Push Locations and haul to the Northside Temporary Debris Site at 1905 Shakespear Street. Work generally includes processing and loading of storm debris at the Emergency Push Locations (EPLs) and Right of Way locations and hauling to the Northside Temporary Debris Site at 1905 Shakespeare St. EPL sites shall be managed for public safety. Trash and non-storm debris shall be processed and hauled for removal from site. Street sweeping and storm drain cleaning to be completed by City. No Bid bond, Payment bond or Performance bond required. No pre-bid meeting. Questions submitted after 12 PM local time on August 16, 2024 are not guaranteed to be answered prior to bid closing. The City of Missoula reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all bids, and, if all bids are rejected, to re-advertise under the same or new specifications, or to make such an award as in the judgment of its officials that best meets the Agency's requirements.
