Janitorial Services for Champion Center University of Montana, Athletics (hereinafter referred to as "University") is soliciting bids for janitorial services for the Champion Center which is approximately 31,952 square feet. A more complete description of the supplies and/or services sought is provided under "Specifications and Pricing Schedule" of this IFB. The initial contract term begins upon contract execution and ends on June 30 2025. Renewals of the contract, by mutual agreement of both parties, may be made at one-year intervals, or any interval that is advantageous to the University. The contract resulting from this bid, including any renewals, may not exceed a total of seven years, at the option of the University.
