Title: Johnson County Highway Department Construction Inspection services on Bridge Rehabilitation of Bridge 66 on CR575W over North Prong Stotts Creek (Des # 1902771) in the Seymour District. This Request for Proposals (R.FP) is official notification of needed professional services. This RFP is being issued to solicit a letter of Interest (LOI) and other documents from firms qualified to perform engineering work on federal aid projects. A submittal does not guarantee the firm will be contracted to perfonn any services but only serves notice the firm desires to be considered. Local Public Agency: Johnson County Highway Department Project Location: Bridge 66 on CR575W over North Prong Stotts Creek Project Description: Construction Inspection services for Rehabilitation of Bridge 66. The existing structure is a single span structure approximately 59'-0" in length consisting of adjacent box beams with asphalt overlay on vertical abutments with wingwall. New prestressed concrete box-beams will be installed. Portions of the existing structure will remain in place. Letting is scheduled for February 2025. Johnson County uses the INDOT Profit Matrix.
