Renovation of a mixed-use development in Elkins, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The Monongahela National Forest has a requirement to replace the roofs of 2 bathrooms in the Stuart Recreation Area. This requirement includes providing and installing a new roofing system in accordance with the contract specifications and applicable references. PROJECT LOCATION Monongahela National Forest Stuart Recreation Area Stuart Memorial Dr. Elkins, WV 26241 MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000 for base item and option item combined. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 14 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 90 days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
