Renovation of a medical facility in Loveland, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,500-square-foot medical facility.
Reference Number 0000361254 Job Location: 1040 South Roosevelt Avenue, Loveland CO 80534 The renovated Wellness Clinic consists of approximately 1,500 s.f. and will provide reception, waiting and exam rooms with toilet facilities. Renovation will de-construct the pre-engineered metal building down to foundation and super structure. Renovation will include new building envelope, new interior partitioning and finishes and new mechanical and electrical systems. Located at LFRA's Training Center at 1040 South Roosevelt Avenue, the proposed Wellness Clinic Renovation is situated within an approximate 4-acre site in Loveland, Colorado. The site is bounded by Roosevelt Ave. to the west, light industrial to the south, LFRA Training Ctr to the east, and City of Loveland property to the north. The site currently contains an office building, which is to be renovated to a wellness clinic, and warehouse/storage structures. The renovation will include limited site improvements at the west end of the site including new utilities and grading associated with the wellness clinic building, pavements for parking and an entry plaza and landscaping.
