Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Loveland, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

Project has been awarded but award amount not confirmed. a. The Sand Creek Switching Station, Control Building consists of a coordinated grouping of electrical distribution, power conversion, control and supervisory equipment contained within an all-weather, enclosure. The Sand Creek Switching Station, Control Building is to be delivered to the WAPA's site as a pre-designed, pre-tested, factory assembled/reassembled onsite and retested onsite unit. A Turn-Key structure with all related electrical, communication and battery units ready for operation/commissioning, ensuring quality, by close coordination with WAPA. This/These unit/s will be delivered and placed on the foundation by the building manufacturer with close coordination with WAPA and the site contractor. b. The Sand Creek Switching Station, Control Building is a factory fabricated metal enclosure with environmental controls. This enclosure is specifically designed to house selected electrical equipment, including communication equipment, HVAC, electrical and all associated items for a turn-key unit. c. The completed, tested and certified Sand Creek Switching Station, Control Building shall be suitable for shipment to WAPA's project site or other designated location. d. The Sand Creek Switching Station, Control Building shall be designed and fabricated so the fieldwork at the installation site is minimized. Close coordination with WAPA and the site contractor is essential and required. e. Fabrication of the Sand Creek Switching Station, Control Building shall be performed in the highest manner of workmanship using only new and unused, quality materials. Submittals of designs and shop drawings are required. The manufacturer will guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship for (2-years) from the date of WAPA acceptance of the building and ancillary systems.
