Demolition and site work for a restaurant in Kearney, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the demolition of a restaurant; and for site work for a restaurant.
Buffalo County is seeking sealed proposals from qualified demolition contractors for the demolition of the vacant, commercial building located at 1401 2nd Ave., Kearney, NE 68847. The building formerly housed the Midtown Western Inn and The Lodge Restaurant. Demolition work will include the demolition and removal of building and canopy, foundations, and in ground pool. Proposals should include all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete all demolition as outlined in the Request for Proposal. For questions and specifications regarding the RFP, please contact Stephen A. Gaasch, Buffalo County Facilities Director, Buffalo County Facilities OMP at facilities@buffalocounty.ne.gov The Buffalo County Board of Commissioners will select the most qualified to perform the services described in the Request for Proposal and which meets all relevant selection criteria. The Board of Commissioner may make a selection at that time, or elect to postpone a selection until a later date in order to more fully review and consider the proposals.
