Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

**The site visit scheduled for 9/4/2024 is being rescheduled due to severe weather and heavy rains in the area. This solicitation will be amended when a new date and time for the site visit has been determined.** The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), has a trailer at Briscoe Apache Ranch located in Webb County, TX that needs to be demolished and removed. This request for quotes is to demolish and dispose of the trailer. The Government anticipates awarding a single award, firm fixed price (FFP) construction contract. This soliciation is a total (100%) small business set aside. The NAICS code for this project is 238910--Site Preparation Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19 Million.
