Site work for a residential development in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.

Laredo Municipal Housing (Front and Side Fence Installation - 810 Sanders Ave.) Furnish and install approximately 200 Lineal feet of black steel fence (SEE Diagram). Price Includes one (1) 4 Ft Walk in gate with all hardware require for properly functionality and secure system. The Posts Shall Have Concrete Footings with a minimum of 2 ft deep. Any Grass Damages Will Be Repaired by contractor. Contractor responsible for marking the property lines before any fence installation. At the rear, install a Wrought Iron fence extension that is uniform with the existing height of the fence installed.
