Project Scope of Work: The Owner is seeking a qualified Contractor with current relevant experience in public school work that involves replacing pneumatic controls at Tualatin High School. The Tigard-Tualatin School District No. 23J reserves the right to reject any or all proposals that are not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. Base Scope: 1. Tigard High School Equipment Replacement: a. Demolition of existing rooftop units as scheduled, including supports, piping, and related components. 10 Units. b. New rooftop unit installation as indicated on plans to include duct connections, transitions, adapter curbs, new curbs, gas piping and miscellaneous components as required. 10 Units. c. Demolition of condensing units, supports, refrigerant piping, and related components as scheduled on plans. 2 Units. d. Removal and replacement of DX cooling coils at associated air handlers in addition to removal and reinstallation of any HVAC, structural, or building components to facilitate the coil replacement. 2 Units. e. Removal and disposal of all refrigerants. f. All new interconnecting refrigerant piping and components. g. New equipment supports necessary for new unit installation. h. Airflow measurement and verification prior to and post project completion
