As of January 20, 2025, project was awarded to Grade Werks Excavating but award amount is not available. The construction of new sidewalks along SW 67th Ave and SW 68th Ave, including approximately 8,100 square feet of concrete sidewalk and the installation of newADA-compliant curb ramps. The project also includes the replacement of concrete curb and gutter, installation of truncated domes at ramps, sign removal and replacement, striping, and the construction of continental crosswalks. Additional work includes sawcutting, surface removal, and the placement of aggregate base to support the new sidewalk. Landscape restoration will be completed to return disturbed areas to their original condition. CONTRACT TIME: The Contractor shall begin Work within 60 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed.
