The City of Tualatin ("City") is seeking competitive proposals from skilled contractors to provide Water Quality Facilities Maintenance for the City's Parks & Recreation Department. The City has approximately one hundred water quality facilities (with the potential for additional facilities) located across an approximately eight square mile area. Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so. The estimated cost for the required services ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 per year. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
