Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Tualatin, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
A new pump station at the ASR site, concurrent or after the construction of a new reservoir (601), to serve the C level, primarily to improve service to the developing western side of the C level.Construct a second C-Level Pump Station to be located at the ASR site, once a new B-Level reservoir is constructed at the site. This new pump station will provide resilience and flexibility for supplying the C-Level, for both typical operations and fire flow requirements. Further planning and design is needed to determine pump specifications. The project is included in the City's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of February 3, 2025, project is funded for FY2024-2026. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
