Proposals are being solicited for the fo lowing: o CONSULTANT FOR PLAINFIELD'S UEZ ROLL GATE REMOVEL PROGRAM Proposals and Qualifications are being solicited through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-51, and the Municipal Code of the City of Plainfield, Chapter 2, Article 10 Sections 19, 20, 21, and 22 (Ordinance MC 2011-11). Submissions must be sealed and plainly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope to read: Consultant Services for Plainfield's Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ) Roll Gate Removal Program. Prospective respondents are hereby notified that an Original, four (4) copies and one (1) digital version of your Proposal/Qualifications must be submitted to the City. The City of Plainfield reserves the right to reject any and a l submissions, to waive any informality in the RFP process, and to accept any submissions which, in their judgement, are most advantageous, price and other factors considered and will best serve the interest of the City of Plainfield.
