qualified and certified elevator companies to service and maintain the operations of four (4) elevators on a 24-hour and 7 days base for the twelve story-high rise senior buildings. The response time from the elevator company shall not exceed 24 hours from the call of the Authority. The service include but are not limited to the regular elevator maintenance services and the emergency services calls from the management of the Authority. One year contract with one year option to renew at the discretion of the HAP Interested companies shall submit monthly proposed services fees to the Authority accompanied by the certificate of insurance and three work-related references. The service tickets/reports shall be forwarded to the Authority indicating time, date and cause of the services after each site visit by the elevator servicing company. Please see the attached sheets for the scope of work for the elevators. All proposals are required to comply with the requirement of PL. 1975C.127 affirmative action and equal employment laws in accordance with the applicable state and federal regulations.
