The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, administrative oversight, general supplies for the performance of duties and cleaning of work area, and all other items necessary for, or incidental to, providing goods/services at the Orlando International Airport in accordance with this Specification. The AAR will provide direction on what general supplies are the responsibility of the Contractor and what type of cleaning products are approved. The runways consist of centerline, edge, touchdown zone lighting fixtures. Refer to Attachment "A" for a tabulation of light fixture counts. The lighting circuits are connected in series and are powered by multiple step Constant Current Regulators ("CCR") located in four (4) electrical vaults on the airfield. Contractor shall provide the testing services on an annual basis or as otherwise requested. All work performed will be on the Air Operations Area ("AOA") and therefore, all AOA procedural requirements shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor. Photometric and CCR testing of airfield lighting systems shall be performed by a firm with demonstrated capability for measurement of electrical characteristics of airfield lighting circuits and regulators and photometric performance of airfield fixtures. Because of the correlation between the electrical performance of airfield lighting circuits and the photometric performance of the airfield lighting fixtures, all work shall be done by a single firm. The firm shall have experience in evaluating the test results against FAA standards and manufacturers' performance criteria. See Attachment "A".
