Site work and paving for a civil project in Salmon, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include extension of a city municipal eight-inch water line approximately 950 feet along state highway 93 north through the city of Salmon, Idaho. The water line extension is within the state highway right of way requiring the contractor to provide a traffic plan. The work includes new fire hydrants, connections, extension of the 8" fire line onto the ITD Maintenance Yard for future fire line connection along with a 3" water line extension for domestic water services. The contractor is responsible for all asphalt patch back, backfilling, landscaping repair, and shoulder repair created during excavation for the water line. Work will not start earlier than October 1, 2024, or later than December 3, 2024, and must be completed by February 1, 2025. Deadline To Receive Questions: 12:00 p.m. (MT) on August 29, 2024 A bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid, including add alternates, is required.
