Salmon, Idaho 83467 Questions Regarding the Request for Proposal and Bid Must Be Submitted in Writing and Received By Cm Company, Inc.; Project Construction Manager, No Later Than Seven (7) Working Days Prior to Bid Opening (Thursday February 13th End of Day). Questions Received After This Date Will Not Be Considered. Idaho Transportation Department, CM Company, Inc. or Myers Anderson will not be responsible for verbal interpretations. Questions will be answered by written addenda and be emailed to all Bidders on the plan holder list. All addenda issued during the bid period will be incorporated into the Contract. Addenda issued prior to bidding shall be acknowledged on the Bid Form. Failure to acknowledge addenda may be cause for rejection of bid as non-responsive.
