**As of June 12,2025, the project was awarded to Coleman Construction Inc., with an awarded amount of $4,999,049.50.** The Project consists of: Replacing approximately 19,000 feet of water pipelines throughout the city drinking water distribution system. Each Bidder must have an appropriate Public Works Contractors license in the State of Idaho prior to bid opening in accordance with Idaho law. Keller Associates, Inc. 305 North 3 rd Avenue, Suite A Pocatello, ID 83201 mhill@kellerassociates.com All communications relative to this work shall be directed to the ENGINEER (Matthew Hill, Keller Associates, 208- 238-2146) prior to the opening of the Bid Proposals Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified cashiers check or a corporate bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Salmon in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of not less than 100% of the contract price. The City of Salmon reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Salmon.
