Site work for a mixed-use development in Salmon, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Lemhi County is accepting competitive bids for construction services to replumb the Lemhi County Courthouse. The project is necessary due to the aging plumbing system, continued issues with drains, frequent plugging, and deteriorating waterlines. Scope of Work: - Removal and replacement of existing plumbing lines. - Installation of new waterlines and sewer lines. - &tempmargin;Connection and integration with the existing connection to City sewer. - All necessary labor, equipment, and materials. Contractor Requirements: - &tempmargin;The contractor will be required to maintain contractor liability insurance, including: - &tempmargin;Workers' Compensation and Employer Liability with a minimum of $100,000. - &tempmargin;Comprehensive General Liability of $500,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage. - &tempmargin;A certificate of insurance will be required prior to work beginning. - &tempmargin;Any bids over $100,000 will require a valid Public Works License.
