To be stockpiled in the Fury Lane Pit, Pahsimeroi, Idaho (space provided). 8,000 tons 1/2" class "A" chips to State of Idaho specs. 100% passing 1/2" 95-100% passing 1/2" 0-30 #4 - 70% at least 1 fracture face Chips shall be tested every 700 tons by a certified tester. Chips shall be made out of natural material or any available oversized rock piled at the pit area. All gravel crushed shall include all rock to 10 inches. Contractor will provide scales and provide information to certify the amount crushed. Lemhi County may do random checks on scales for accuracy. If Lemhi County questions the amount crushed and calls for a survey, and the survey shows under the specified amounts, the contractor pays for the survey. Contractor will be responsible for dust control if necessary. Delivery is to be completed by October 1, 2026. Material to be inspected by Road and Bridge Supervisor. There will be a penalty of $100.00 per day for failure to complete by the above date. Bids will be received until said date and time. A five percent bidders security is required in the form of cash, cashiers check, or bidders bond made payable to Lemhi County. The Lemhi County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to award the bid as determined to be in the best interest of the County.
