**As of April 09, 2025 This project has been awarded to Country Roofing, LLC, with the awarded amount of $64,430.56.** Chagrin Falls Park Community Center - Roof Replacement The estimate of probable cost of construction is $112,573.00 Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either a certified or cashier's check or an irrevocable letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, or a bid bond in accordance with R.C. 153.54 (B) and R.C. 153.571 in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder is required to furnish a bond for the faithful performance of the contract in a sum of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price for the complete work. Geauga County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, and to waive any informalities and/or irregularities in the bids.
