Renovation of a mixed-use development in Portland, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of March 26, 2025, project is on hold. Project Scope of Work: The Owner is seeking a qualified Contractor with current relevant experience in public school work that involves replacing HVAC equipment at two (2) facilities in the District: Tualatin High School and Hazelbrook Middle School. Listed as Alternates will be HVAC equipment replacement at two (2) additional facilities in the District: Deer Creek Elementary School and Tigard High School In General, the project includes replacing all existing units utilizing R-22 refrigerant with units utilizing R-454b refrigerant. This will include rooftop units, condensing units, and air handler coils. All new equipment will be required to be integrated into the existing control system graphics and sequences. All pneumatic devices associated with replaced equipment will also be replaced with new digital devices. The bidder must indicate if bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120 and if the contractor and subcontractors are licensed under ORS 701.005 - 701.055. The Tigard-Tualatin School District No. 23J reserves the right to reject any or all proposals that are not in compliance with all prescribed requirements.
