The latest version and amendments of "The Public Procurement Act" (NB-regulation 2022-78), apply to this call for tenders. The specifications will be available at the Town of Caraquet, 10 rue du Colisee, Caraquet NB. Each bid must be accompanied by a surety bond or bank draft (certified cheque) in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the Town of Caraquet. The name of the bidder and the name of the contract must be clearly indicated on the envelope. Neither the lowest nor any bid will necessarily be accepted. Please note that if the amount of the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount provided for this project, the municipality may cancel this call for tenders.
