Each bid must be accompanied by a bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the City of Caraquet. Neither the lowest nor any of the bids will necessarily be accepted. Please note that if the amount of the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount provided for this project, the municipality may cancel this call for tenders. The awarding of the contract is conditional on obtaining financing for this project.
