Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Blacks Harbour, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Provision of new ductwork and equipment within the penthouse. .2 Provision of new smoke/fire dampers within new ductwork. .3 Provision for new roof mounted condensing units. .4 Provision for plumbing piping modifications to serve new humidifiers. .5 Provision of new electrical supply feeders for new mechanical equipment. .6 Provision of new electrical panel for mechanical system components. .7 New duct smoke detectors and associated interconnection to fire alarm system. .8 Cutting, fitting, patching, and repairs as necessary. DOCUMENTS ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATION
