Renovation of a mixed-use development in Blacks Harbour, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition and removal from site of 11 rooftop gravity hoods, and sealing of roof curb openings. .2 Demolition and removal of existing wall on ground level, and creation of a new mechanical room. .3 Removal of two 3 existing windows on ground floor. Installation of two new louver openings, and a double door openings for the new mechanical room. .4 Installation of new suspended ceiling tiles in ground and first level hallways, including new lighting. .5 Supply and installation of a new central air handling unit, energy recovery ventilator, concrete equipment pad, and associated ductwork, diffusers, electrical and controls components. .6 Supply and installation of new classroom air handling units, indluing associated exterior wall openings, louvers, ductwork, diffusers, electrical and controls components. .7 Integrationn of new and existing heating and ventilation equipment into a new modern building management system. .8 Balancing of ventilation systems, and comissioning of new equipment.
