This project includes approximately 2,301 linear feet of 8-inch diameter and 92 linear feet of 12-inch diameter sanitary sewer line replacement by open cut methods; 2,166 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer line replacement by pipe burst methods; 1,831 linear feet of 8-inch CIPP pipe lining; the installation of 114 clean outs; the replacement of 23 48-inch diameter manholes; the lining of 15 manholes; and the replacement of 9 manhole frame and covers. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed under the terms of Act 150 of the 1965 Acts of the Arkansas Legislature, including subsequent amendments, and considered by the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board to be classified as a General Contractor for the classification required to perform the work identified as part of the project. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
