This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-24-Q-0204. Location of Work: Project is located within private easements along S Richland Rd in Section 1 Township 11N and Range 6W and SW 5 th St and Lainey Ln in Section 2 Township 11N and Range 6W in Canadian County, OK This procurement is 100% Indian Owned set-aside under NAICS code 237110 with a size standard in millions of dollars $45.0. The Contractor shall furnish and install a water service line extension to serve four homes as shown on the drawing and the statement of work. The period of performance for this requirement is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. There will be a site visit September 3nd at 9:00 AM. The address is 640 Lainey Ln, Yukon, OK 73099. Questions are due no later than September 9, 2024 5:00 p.m. CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is September 16, 2024 COB CST. Quotes shall be ranked by price, from low to high 2. Quotes shall then be evaluated for technical acceptability beginning with the lowest priced quote 3.
