Reference number: 20015097 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-09-12 Expected contract duration with options (in months) 48 Snow removal, supply and spreading of abrasive and de-icing materials and maintenance of municipal roads during the winter, for sectors 1, 2 and 3, for the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 seasons. Please note that the contract provides for two renewal options, for periods of one year each, at the sole discretion of the municipality. Please note that a bid bond of 10% of the bid price, excluding taxes, must accompany the bid. A performance bond of 50% of the bid price, excluding taxes, is also required once the contract has been awarded. Tender, including, if applicable, the renewal options, is such that the Contract involves an expenditure equal to or greater than $1,000,000, the Tenderer must, on the date of submission of its Tender, hold an authorization to contract issued by the Autorité des marchés publics (AMP). *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
