Reference number : 1578703 Review Title : Road repairs - Rang du Fer à Cheval Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Sainte-Geneviève-de-Berthier requires tenders for: Road repairs - Rang du Fer à Cheval Object of the contract: the Municipality plans to carry out road reconstruction work, replacement of culverts as well as paving on the Rang du Fer à Cheval (approx. 220 m). the tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the municipality on March 1 , 2022. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. Tenderers must obtain the tender documents from the SÉAO website. Fees are set according to the rates established by the SÉAO. A bid bond of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required. Start date : 01 Jun 2022 End date : 31 Oct 2022
