Construct improvements to the SR45/SR26/Nixon Road intersection consistent with the results from the Pine Grove Mills Mobility Study. The project includes a stop controlled intersection with geometric improvements. The preliminary project estimate is for construction only, and assumes no utility or right of way impacts. It is anticipated that an award and start of engineering by a consultant will begin in 2024 and be completed in 2025. A more refined estimate of construction cost will be available after the design is completed. As of August 26, 2024, This project is included in the city's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
